Levett Consultancy is an ICT consultancy and LapSafe® Products reseller based in Essex. They serve around 88 schools all across the UK, specialising in providing support and solutions for schools, allowing them to maximise their ICT investments and provide the best possible solution for each establishment’s individual needs.

Levett Consultancy have been buying products from LapSafe® for over four years and mainly supply Solo™ Plus + and Mentor™ range units to their customer base. Each of their customers have different requirements whether it is Chromebooks, laptops, netbooks or iPad/tablet storage.

Paul Levett, Proprietor and Director at Levett Consultancy, has always supplied LapSafe® units to meet his customers’ storage and charging needs, supporting the school throughout implementation of their solution and afterwards. Paul was drawn to the high quality of the LapSafe® units when searching for an ICT storage and charging trolley provider. As Paul continued “All deliveries have been very good. I receive an email from the Sales Team to let me know an order is due for delivery, and they always arrive when they are supposed to and are installed with no problems.

“Schools activate their warranty online after receiving the cabinet and LapSafe® are very efficient in giving the school the serial number for their cabinet very quickly.”

Paul and his customers have been impressed with LapSafe’s customer service throughout the years. Paul mentioned: “Last year one of our secondary school customers donated a second hand Mentor™ unit to a primary school as it needed a new door. I contacted LapSafe® regarding the repair and the customer support team sent out someone to replace the door and also fitted a new serial number plate free of charge as the old one had been removed.”

All of Levett Consultancy’s school customers use their Solo™ Plus + and Mentor™ range units all day, everyday to charge laptops in their classrooms.

Paul continued: “As a partner with Google, more schools are using Chromebooks now and get a good 7 hours charge from them using LapSafe® charging trolleys. The main outcome now is more children are now able to use ICT in lessons across the curriculum and in any classroom, rather than just the IT suite.
