Break/Fix

Where a ‘break/fix’ service is required, our Smart Lockers can manage your IT equipment remotely from a single point of access. Temporary devices and assets can be speedily swapped out to a user from a designated locker bay, ensuring they return to work as quickly as possible.

Engineers can remotely connect to devices, while they are securely stored (and charged/powered) to diagnose and fix any problems.

Automatically assign a locker to a user to deposit a broken or faulty device for repair or to collect a temporary whilst theirs is being fixed or deploy a new device if the faulty device cannot be repaired.

Both KVM’s and managed switches can be fitted in our Smart Lockers, providing you remote access and connectivity just when you need it the most. Remotely build, fix, or update devices, improve your service levels and increase productivity with less downtime.

Deployment

When new equipment and assets are required for ‘new starters’ or existing staff, deployment of pre-configured devices is quick and simple.

Issue New Starter Kit

Speed up the on-boarding process for new users by remotely assigning them a locker loaded with all the assets they need when they start.

When collected the assets and the locker can automatically be returned to the pool for reassignment.
