Without any doubt, we are in totally unprecedented times with the worldwide spread of Coronavirus (Covid 19). A scenario that none of us have had to deal with on this scale before, and of course it is causing great anxiety in and around the world.

LapSafe® is making every effort to try and ensure that service remains normal. The situation is changing day by day and the advice seems to be changing too as the challenge of the pandemic increases. We are of course following all the advice as issued together with taking actions that seem the right thing to do in the circumstances.

Our Response Plan

We are doing our very best to ensure that we still deliver the very best service that we can. Our staff have been trained to know what to do if they feel ill or are exposed to the virus and the management will ensure that our emergency and response plan will be put into action if an employee (or member of their household) is suspected or confirmed with the virus.

We continue to monitor and follow advice set-out by National Health, England.

Providing Services & Support

If necessary, we can provide remote support to our customers and have equipped staff members who can work from home to do so. We will have limited staff in our offices and warehouse but it is business as usual.

LapSafe® products are manufactured in the UK with very few components sourced from overseas. Our procurement team have assessed our stock levels and we have over ordered any necessary parts to ensure that should supply be hindered we will have sufficient stock to cater for most events.

As the full impact of this virus is unknown, we can only be prepared and we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to reduce the impact should the virus impact our business and your service.
