Diplomat™ self-service lockers can significantly reduce the time it takes to loan out charged devices such as laptops, tablets and radios. They provide 24/7 access to devices, reducing staff burden significantly if limited IT support staff are available.
DynamiX™ and Flex™ enable help desks to reduce time frames in dealing with reported issues significantly. These reduced service level response times greatly enhance the user experience when requiring new equipment or need help and assistance when problems occur.
Also, at this event, LapSafe® will introduce the NEW UV-C sanitiser station. This new and innovated product can be used to add to your existing LapSafe® Self-Service locker range or can be used as a stand-alone product. By reducing the human touch when loaning out devices, the unit Sanitises devices keeping your users safe. The semi-automated UV-C sanitising unit will sanitise in around 15-20 seconds. 99% of bacteria and some viruses are inactivated when exposed to high-intensity UV-C light. In laboratory testing, the UV-C light sources inactivated 99% of SARS-CoV-2 virus on a surface with an exposure time of 6 seconds.
