Is it possible to wipe all the alarm codes and if so can we reset the same?
Answer
It is possible for your 'Authorised User' to remove all issued codes and if they then wrongly enter their code on three occasions then they to would be 'locked out'.
Should this happen please contact us and an engineer will attend site to both reset and re-issue codes. Please note that this will be a chargeable service.
