Are the Mentor 'S' units fully operational when they are delivered?

Answer

The Mentor 'S' is fully functional except for the battery back up system for the alarm system. The battery leads will need to be connected and the Mentor "S" connected to a 240 volt power supply for at least 6 hours before the battery is fully charged.
