Where is BSF?

50 BSF schools are now open- ahead of target. 29 deals are closed. ‘the programme is on target and delivering.’ There is a £10 billion increase in the spend for BSF. This is due to the increase in scope of the programme to include academies and for the new specification on sustainability (£3 billion is also due to increases due to the increase in inflation.) 100 schools are currently under construction and from next year 300 schools will be under construction at any one time.
