If you require information about a delivery, repair, or you/customer has ordered an incorrect product then please contact Sales Support on 0845 230 1010 or email dell@lapsafe.com

We aim to contact your customer within 4 working hours from receipt of your request. DOA, faulty units will be collected from your customers premises within 5 working days. Items that have been ordered incorrectly will be collected when the correctly ordered product is delivered.
