Unser Ziel ist es, den Kontakt zu Ihrem Kunden innerhalb von 4 Arbeitsstunden ab Eingang Ihrer Anfrage herzustellen. Nicht funktionierende oder fehlerhafte Artikel werden innerhalb von 5 Werktagen von Ihrem Kunden abgeholt. Falsch bestellte Waren werden bei Lieferung der korrekten Artikel abgeholt.
